A Spiritual Director is a companion or a soul friend who accompanies you on your faith journey. We understand the True Director is God and as your companion or friend along your journey I hope to help you become more open and attentive to God's presence and the movement of the Holy in your ordinary, day to day experiences. Increasing intimacy with God leading to rest, recovery, and restoration.

My approach is helpful for pastors, church leaders, lay leaders, or anyone with a desire to listen closely to God and respond to this experience.

I am a Spiritual Director with training and experience in counseling. Becoming the person God intends us to be can entail many things that have bearing on the way we think and act, and the way we see God. the world, ourselves, and others. Integrating spiritual direction and counseling allows me to offer a holistic approach to spiritual direction.
