About Me
I provide Christian counseling and soul care as a licensed professional counselor and trained spiritual director. Some time ago I was called to be a helper and spent many years fulfilling this call through mental health counseling. Throughout this work God continued to call me into a deeper relationship with Him and more focus on helping others on their own journey. As I continue in self-discovery and spritual practices, I continue to grow closer to the Divine. In continuing to listen and seek God, I completed a graduate certificate in Spiritual Direction. Through this program I learned to create space in myself and with others so we can be attentive and attuned to the Holy Spirit in our everyday lives. My journey has been a testament to God's grace and guidance and towards deeper relationship with the Holy.
I live with my husband of 40+ years. We are the proud parents of a son and daughter-in-law, a daughter and son-in-law, grandparents to three grandchildren, and four bonus grandchildren. We enjoy our family time together with all these kiddos as well as, travel, hiking, seeing new places, and being outdoors.
